This board presents a fantastic and highly motivating opportunity for pupils from Stage 5 through to Stage 6 to design and make their own sound systems.

Any music source that drives a small earpiece is suitable for this project. The amplifier is fitted with a 3.5mm socket so that a standard lead from either an MP3 player or any other device can simply be plugged in.

This project is ideal for the following courses:

  • Stage 5 Industrial Technology Electronics (Circuits and Components)
  • Stage 5 + 6 Design and Technology
